Since it's nearly the start of Winter and a night chill is in the air, I thought I'd whip up a big ol' pot of 16 Bean Soup. • Baby Lima Beans • Green Split Peas • Lentils • Navy Beans • Great Northern Beans • Large Lima Beans • Blackeyed Peas • Black Beans • Light Kidney Beans • Pink Beans • Pinto Beans • Small Red Beans • Yellow Split Peas • Green Whole Peas • Garbanzo Beans • Cranberry Beans I added some extra #8s & #12s. Later I'll toss in yellow rice and garlic/basil/oregano tomatoes, then serve it up with warm sourdough bread. Truly, an Epicurean delight!
